Ben Heile came to Northstar as a result of an internship with the Northstar Youth department in September of 2006. Ben moved into the position of co-interim youth minister in August of 2007. His heart for youth is found in his heart for all ministries: to equip the saints for the work of the Lord to the glory of the God.
Ben has worked as a youth intern for Long Hollow Baptist Church in Hendersonville for 2 summers. At Long Hollow, he got most of his background for teaching and working with middle and high schoolers. Ben is currently a senior at the University of Tennessee studying Business Studies.
